From tummy tucks to breast enhancements, they'll do whatever it takes to get their pre-baby bodies back.

Pregnancy can wreak havoc on your body.

I need a tummy tuck. I'm comfortable enough in my skin to know that I don't think I need liposuction. But uncomfortable with my flabby belly from pregnancy.

Things change.

Before I had a kid I was totally anti-plastic surgery, then pregnancy did a number on me, and I now have a plastic surgery "wish list".

Society tells you to look a certain way.

I tell people to love themselves because they only have one body, but here I am starving myself because I want to be skinny again. I want a tummy tuck and a boob job because they sag after pregnancy.

Confidence goes out the window.

I don't feel like I'll ever be beautiful unless I have a tummy tuck. I've lost weight, which is why I need one, plus my muscle tore during pregnancy.

Other people don't get it.

I told my husband I want a boob job and a tummy tuck because pregnancy and breast feeding has destroyed my body. His response: "no. You're pretty the way you are." Not the point, dude.

Your body changes drastically.

After pregnancy and breast feeding , I went from a B cup to a negative A. I want a boob job.
